With a deep understanding of the nurturing journey of parenthood, bean is a clothing brand that embraces a collaborative and conscious approach. bean's commitment lies in being responsive to the needs of families by providing clothing options for different budgets. I was a key member of the team, solely creating all of the social and media advertisements for the brand. Moreover, I made crucial decisions and marketing initiatives for the brand that led to over 1 million Philippine Pesos worth of total sales for 2022.

Key Achievements

• Acted as the sole graphic designer for the brand, responsible for establishing its distinct style and branding guidelines, resulting in increased brand recognition and customer loyalty. 
• Played a pivotal role in achieving over 1 million Philippine Pesos in total sales for all of edamama's clothing brands through strategic marketing initiatives and effective brand promotion. 
• Developed and executed highly successful marketing strategies that propelled bean to become the highest-selling clothing brand on the edamama platform, driving significant revenue growth. 
• Led and managed all sitewide sales activities involving the brand, demonstrating effective organizational and sales management skills to drive conversions and maximize revenue opportunities.

Anina Rubio swimwear collection

For the approaching summer season, bean created a swimwear collection with Filipino artist, Anina Rubio for the bean x Anina Rubio swimwear collection. Anina Rubio, most known for her murals, is a talented Filipina multidisciplinary visual artist and passionate environmental advocate, that brings her artistic vision to life by capturing the beauty of nature in her works. The collection is represented by swimwear and accessories with watercolor patterns of sea creatures. I was in charge of all the visuals for advertisements, social posts, newsletters, photoshoots, and PR. I also collaborated with Anina's team to ensure the collection was presented in a way that both bean and Anina could be proud of. To ensure this, I created visuals that combined the watercolor art and stylings of bean's branding to promote the collection.

Snappies rebranding

Snappies is bean's reusable cloth diapers for sustainable parents who are looking for ways to reduce waste. As a graphic designer for a reusable diaper brand, my role involved creating visually appealing, informative, and on-brand graphics that effectively promote the product as well as stay true to bean's lively branding. The rebrand of Snappies included logos, photos, and elements that were more electric and fun to look at compared to the previous pastel and soft branding.

Merry Jammies

Merry Jammies is the limited run of holiday-themed, pajamas for babies and kids that bean ran for the last 2 months of the year. This collection had the significant role of not only ending bean's collections for 2022 but also transitioning the brand for 2023. As such, I wanted this pajama collection to be as festive yet as "bean" as it could be. I harnessed inspiration from the geometric style of Mary Blair to create a timeless visuals to promote Merry Jammies on all of bean's platforms.
